Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and market penetration.

Maintain accurate records of quotes, bids, and deliveries for EMEA and address barriers to sales growth.
Attend customer meetings, deliver technical presentations, and train EPCs, contractors, channel partners, and new team members.
Act as the main contact for RSMs during the Order Acquisition process, supporting UV system sizing, proposals, and bid pricing.
Serve as liaison between RSMs and internal teams to resolve technical and administrative issues promptly.
Collaborate with the PM team on bid specifications, drawings, and costing.

Formation : Diplôme universitaire en génie chimique, sciences ou domaine similaire. Connaissance des procédés de traitement de l’eau et/ou de la technologie UV fortement souhaitée.
Compétences techniques : Capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques de vente et à fournir un support technique aux clients.
Servir de liaison entre les RSM et les équipes internes pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes techniques et administratifs.
Expérience : Expérience avérée en planification et exécution des ventes, avec un historique de dépassement des objectifs. Une expérience préalable en vente technique dans le domaine du traitement de l’eau ou des systèmes UV est un atout majeur.
Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) obligatoire. La connaissance du français, espagnol, italien, arabe ou d’une langue asiatique est un plus.
Agir comme interlocuteur principal des RSM pendant le processus d’acquisition de commandes, en soutenant le dimensionnement des systèmes UV, les propositions et la tarification des offres.
Experience: Proven track record in sales planning and execution, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience in technical sales within water treatment or UV systems is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and provide technical support to customers.

Education: Post-secondary degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field. Knowledge of water treatment processes and/or UV technology is highly desirable.
Language Skills: High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or any Asian language are considered a plus.
