-Build collaborative, trusting relationships with government stakeholders. -Overall responsibility for post-contract management of a £multi-bn infrastructure portfolio. -Oversee cost strategies and lead commercial negotiations. -Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery performance with optimal risk management. -Collaboratively manage design, construction and manufacturing relationships across a complex supply chain. -Grow, nurture and lead a high-performing commercial team.

What You Bring

-Inspiring leader with experience of managing large-scale, high performing commercial teams. -Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial discipline, RICS or CIArb. -Knowledge of public procurement and standard contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC). -The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain security clearance.
