Accounting Associate

• Collaborate closely with the Property Management team on recording and researching payments.
• Retrieve deposit, wire, and ACH information from multiple bank accounts.
• Provide entry-level accounting support to reviewers.
• Calculate management fees for Accounting.
• Maintain spreadsheets to effectively track fees.
• Upload cash receipts using Excel templates.
• Accurately enter cash receipts into MRI.
• Process check deposits via remote deposit.
• Compile accounting data to prepare schedules, maintain accounting records, and generate reports and summaries for reviewers.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Associate's degree in Accounting preferred (Bachelor's a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• 1+ years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, or JD Edwards is desired.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
