Designing and delivering creative solutions for architecture, planning, and interior design.
The role involves a variety of design and technical tasks that apply standard techniques and experience gained in the field. Work is performed in a self‑directed manner, demonstrating advanced design and technical skills throughout programming, schematic design, design development, contract documents, Revit or Sketch‑Up model building, renderings, and construction administration. Tasks must align with established budget, schedule, and programmatic requirements provided by the Project Manager or other team members.
We require 2‑5 years of related experience on architectural projects and a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of architectural and interior‑design principles, construction materials and methods, and emerging verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate a professional work ethic, and show progress toward LEED certification and professional development programs such as the IDP or ARE is essential.
