Distributes copies of documents to the appropriate personnel.
Manages activities involved in records management/document control and directs the overall document control activities of an office or department.

Ensures document tracking and production system is maintained.
Develops Company policies and procedures.
Follows standardized procedures but may have to use discretion to complete project.
Makes copies of drawing for production and other company employees.

Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project tracking systems such as Procore or Primavera P6.
