Key duties include leading a sophisticated, scalable demand engine that spans digital, field, partner, content, and ABM to generate high‑quality pipeline and achieve at least 25 % of total pipeline and revenue contribution. The role partners closely with Sales, Product, and the C‑suite to design data‑informed GTM strategies, champion AI‑driven insights, and deliver faster deal cycles and higher funnel velocity. Responsibilities also cover end‑to‑end lead generation, modern attribution, predictive analytics, and GenAI‑powered website automation to improve speed‑to‑lead and CAC efficiency.
The SVP will elevate Energy Exemplar’s brand story and product positioning across global markets, refine messaging and category narratives, and launch content programs tied to top use cases. Managing a diverse global team, the leader will foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and operational rigor while ensuring disciplined budget stewardship. Building strong cross‑functional operating rhythms with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and People teams is essential.
The ideal candidate brings 15 + years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing leadership, proven ability to build multi‑channel demand engines, and a track record of delivering pipeline and revenue impact. Expertise in GenAI, advanced analytics, product marketing, and category creation is required, along with experience collaborating with C‑suite executives and scaling high‑performing global teams. Background in energy, analytics, or simulation software is a plus.
Success in the first year is defined by a 10 % reduction in deal cycle times, delivery of at least 25 % of total pipeline and revenue influence, implementation of AI‑driven website automation, improved funnel quality and predictability, disciplined CAC control, stronger global brand visibility, and a scaled, data‑driven marketing organization with robust forecasting and cross‑functional rhythms.
