Key duties include presenting Oakwood’s roadmap and virtual demonstrations of model homes, answering buyer questions, overcoming objections, and securing sales contracts. The counselor ensures buyer satisfaction with regular follow‑up, participates in community team activities, addresses homeowner concerns, and engages in self‑prospecting with realtors and referrals while reporting on key success metrics.
Successful candidates exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, are self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with MS Office, strong sales abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while adhering to company processes are essential.
Additional qualifications include the ability to meet ADA/FMLA standards, maintain punctual attendance, lift up to 25 pounds, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Compensation consists of a $30,000 base salary with eligibility for sales commissions, plus a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, 401K, life and disability insurance, EAP, paid time off, and a home purchase discount.
