Continuously pursues cost effective alternatives to improve financial performance in all areas;
Ensures on-going completion of daily cleaning responsibilities;
Perform water tests and adjusts chemicals in swimming pool and whirlpool as required;
Assists PFC team to achieve department goals such as maintaining high guests satisfaction scores and membership numbers;
Ensures on-going maintenance of all PCF facilities by placing service/maintenance calls for broken, damaged, defective items;
Performs regular facility walk-through in order to supervise and monitor the gyms, pool, sundeck and change rooms facilities;
Enforces all gyms and pool rules/regulations and safe practices including ratios and age requirements;
Provides excellent customer service to guests and member by professionally handling questions and complaints as well as providing facility tours and membership registrations/renewals;
