Coordinate closely with Radiation Safety Officers (RSOs) to manage risks associated with Nuclear Density Gauges and other radiological equipment.
Collaborate with HR and Training & Development teams to ensure high-quality onboarding, ongoing education, and specialized safety training programs.
Serve as the regional escalation point for major safety incidents, audits, and compliance reviews.
Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust in safety operations.
Oversee vendor and contractor safety management and ensure all third-party safety documentation is accurate and compliant.
Partner with M&A and integration teams to ensure seamless adoption of safety practices for new business units and acquisitions.
The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Support environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance, including respiratory protection programs and field assessments.
Maintain and oversee regional OSHA compliance, including accurate and timely reporting (OSHA 300 logs), audits, and updates based on regulatory changes.
Own and maintain PPE strategy, budgeting, inventory management, and deployment across regional operations.
The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms.
Analyze regional safety performance metrics and implement data-driven programs to reduce incidents and drive a culture of safety accountability.
Lead the design and implementation of emergency response plans and business continuity frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, incident investigations, and trend evaluations.
Develop and execute the regional safety strategy in alignment with corporate goals and regulatory compliance standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Safety Managers and other safety professionals.
The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.
Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on all matters related to safety, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Oversee the establishment and effectiveness of Regional Safety Committees, ensuring best practices are implemented across all service lines.

CSP, CHST, or equivalent professional safety certifications required.

This position requires travel, approximately up to 40% of the time, in support of business objectives and client engagements. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
