Virtual Design & Construction Specialist

Description

• Manage VDC files and version control
• Identify and resolve design conflicts
• Maintain clear communication and documentation
• Collaborate with PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Keep models aligned with real-time jobsite conditions
• Facilitate coordination meetings
• Develop visuals that communicate sequencing and workflow
• Review drawings for constructability
• Support and lead 3D model coordination
• Connect field operations with digital models
• Assist in site logistics planning and 4D scheduling

Requirements

• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Ability to help shape and grow Arc’s VDC program
• Experience with 3D or 4D modeling
• Revit, Navisworks, CM Builder, Synchro, or similar
• Tech-curious and excited to learn BIM/VDC software
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Exposure to BIM/VDC workflows
• Draftsperson (any discipline)
• Experience with trade contractor drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, steel, etc.)
