Improving mold performance to achieve quality and delivery targets
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Thermoplastic & Thermoset Injection Mold’s as per defined frequency and check sheet.
Requirements

Hands on experience of tool design softwares to modify amend existing mold design
Understand & adhere to Siemens policies of EHS, Information Security.
Monthly MIS report – MTTR, MTBF & Tool life.
Breakdown analysis and OEE improvement
Knowledge of designing & maintaining the Molding tools, jigs & fixtures
Good knowledge about in 3D modeling with Unigraphics NX. Expertise in AutoCAD software
Diploma in Tool & Die making / Mechanical engineering with 4-5 Years’ experience
Good knowledge of CNC EDM, Wire EDM, VMC & Laser Welding M/c
Should be competent to read, understand and make engineering drawings, with technical standards /detailed functionalities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good hands-on experience of all conventional machines (Surface grinding, Lathe, Drilling, Milling etc.…
