As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing tenant arrears, implementing payment plans, and issuing arrears letters. You will also liaise regularly with tenants and attend client meetings either in person or via MS Teams.
We are looking for an experienced and confident individual with a strong background in credit control to join our Birmingham-based Infrastructure team as an Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in aged debt collection who can communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for the collection of rents and other monies due, maintaining accurate records of debt recovery, and working closely with both the finance and property management teams to resolve queries and minimise outstanding debt.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is essential, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Credit Hound would be advantageous.
