- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve support tickets. Communicate effectively with end-users, customers, and stakeholders to understand issues and convey solutions.
- Help monitor system performance and user feedback to improve ERP operations. Assist with cloud-based ERP integrations and understand Azure-based service configurations.
- Respond to user queries related to the ERP system and provide timely resolution. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate ERP-related issues effectively.
- Document common issues, fixes, and standard operating procedures for internal knowledge base. Support system testing, upgrades, and patches as required.
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure long-term solutions for recurring issues. Write and execute basic SQL queries to investigate and resolve data-related issues.

- Solid troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to issue resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
