- Prepare invoices
- Track department budget, revenue, forecasts, and financial performance
- Travel to various job sites in a company provided vehicle as needed

- Manage the full lifecycle of residential, commercial and industrial projects and services
- Attend project meetings and troubleshoot problems in the field

- Perform technical review of proposals, reports, and calculations
- The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both inperson and through virtual platforms.
- The position may involve sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging infrequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure projects adhere to engineering best practices, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Lead a team of project managers and code compliance inspectors
- Assist senior staff with business development efforts through community involvement and client

- Preferred: Fully licensed Inspector within the State of Florida (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Building)
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to evaluate “Request for Proposals,” attend site meetings or converse with potential clients to
- Required: Licensed Building Official with the State Of Florida (CBO)
- Strong technical knowledge of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to detail
- Experience in overseeing code compliance inspections
- Ability to work and interact with hands-on level to interactions with senior management
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move/shake up to 40lbs. (soil and/or concrete tests and relatedapparatus); frequently lift and/or move up to 60lbs. (soil and sand samples, and nuclear densityequipment); and occasionally move more than 100lbs. (such as a loaded wheelbarrow of concretesamples)

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Operational and project management experience
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as drive long distances
