Expectation to attend meetings onsite (Development Meeting process) to discuss contractor performance/quality.
Able to use their own initiative to deal with subcontractor queries and assisting the site management teams as and when required.
Organised and able to manage multiple projects and demands on workload at any one time
Experience of working for a house building organisation or the wider construction sector is essential
Numerical skills with ability to undertake cost analysis and to prepare budgets
