Facilitate new hire orientation both virtual and in person and ensure timely completion of all onboarding documents, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify requirements, safety training, and job-specific instructions
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and employees, addressing pre-employment, onboarding, benefits, and schedules
Coordinate nationwide start dates, mobilization logistics, and onboarding deliverables with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, IT, Safety, and Operations to ensure new hire readiness
Provide ongoing updates to HR leadership, hiring managers, and project teams regarding onboarding progress, risks, and employee relations concerns
Prepare and route New Hire Alerts, confirming hardware and software setup, email creation, PPE needs, per diem setup, shipping instructions, and project assignment accuracy
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee relations, maintaining confidential HR files, assisting with performance review processes, and coordinating training and development programs
Maintain accurate HRIS and BambooHR records including start dates, documents, licensing, certifications, job titles, rates, and retention details
