Complete assignments on-time, within budget, and with highest level of quality.
Research materials, assemblies, or building codes for appropriate incorporation into design and construction drawings as directed by a supervisor.
Assist or prepare graphic materials for presentation or documents.
Support mid-level and senior design architects, basic design and production software, capable of 3D design modeling, and be able to collaborate in sketching and team design.
Prepares project designs and construction documents using BIM software and equipment.
Prepares various documents during the course of the project development including meeting minutes, project specifications, agency applications, etc.
Integrate information from consultants and suppliers into Revit Models for documentation.
Assist with appropriate administrative and project support tasks supporting the needs of the project team and office.
Attend, record, and distribute meeting minutes and assist with general project correspondence if needed.
Routinely proposes and produces more effective ways to accomplish assignments.
Productively collaborates with others and leads or encourages teams to achieve success and camaraderie amongst each other.
Assist in the processing of contractor submittals and RFIs by logging in the documents and routing them to the appropriate party for review.
Visit project sites under the direction of a supervisor and assist with the documentation of findings, if needed.

The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience in commercial and institutional projects.
Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a NCARB accredited program.
Understands and follows HZ QMS and Quality initiatives. Ensures quality control measures are being adhered to on projects and daily operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sedentary work that requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to read redlines and modify Revit models and other documents accurately from redlines.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
