Remaining current with the requirements of local, provincial and federal agencies for the assessment and management of contaminated sites;
As an Intermediate Environmental Engineer/Professional, you will work in collaboration with the Environment team
Applying and promoting Englobe’s health and safety policies;
Drilling and test pit investigations site remediation and tank removal activities;
Collaborating with other environmental professionals and technical staff; and
Writing technical reports and proposals;
Compiling, analyzing and evaluating data;
Coordinating and completing assigned activities with respect to the implementation and management of environmental projects including but not limited to;
Phased Environmental Site Assessments, including completing historical research, site inspections, ground disturbance investigations and soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, and air quality;

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills;
Experience in supervising contractors on the worksite and troubleshooting problems in the field;
Strong report writing skills;
Appling knowledge of engineering principles to the completion of complex and difficult projects;
Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
Working knowledge of both provincial and federal environmental regulations;
Member of PEO and PGO is an asset, but not mandatory;
Minimum 5 years of relevant environmental assessment/field experience/project management;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to complete work within established timeframes;
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle;
Willingness and ability to travel throughout Ontario on an occasional basis; and
University Degree or College Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Earth Sciences or an environmental related field;
