Healthcare, ambulatory care, life sciences construction experience.
Extensive knowledge of construction in the field of healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care or life sciences.
Experience as a Project Manager performing construction activities in an occupied building.
Experience working on construction projects in excess of 30MM.
BA/BS Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 10 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
