Overview
Manage subcontractor contracts, variations, and disputes for wind farm construction projects.

Tasks
-Review documentation and coordinate with the Construction team on site as to the validity of variations, both upstream and downstream -Providing ongoing commercial support - ensuring that suppliers, vendors and subcontractors of the project are adhering to the terms and conditions under which they were engaged -Support in dispute resolution processes as required -Involvement in negotiation of new upstream and downstream contracts for upcoming projects and provide advice to the Legal and Procurement teams from a contracts management perspective -Assist in monitoring the upstream program and capture all potential delay and prevention issues of the Client/Principal -Drafting and review of EOT notices in coordination with the Construction team -Operate and maintain commercial and contract systems including Variation Registers, Delay Notices & Extension of Time (EOT) Claim Registers, Risk Registers -Drafting contractual correspondence to clients and subcontractors in coordination with the Contracts Manager and construction team -Assist the Construction team with the review of monthly payment claims made by Subcontractors and ensure timely issuance of payment certificates and overall contractual and SOPA compliance -Efficient and timely management of contractual issues and issuance of contractual correspondences -Ensuring that the Client and Subcontractors' bonds and insurances remain in compliance with contractual requirements -Monitor Subcontractor's Rate of Progress and coordinate with the Construction team the review of variations and delay claims made by Subcontractors

What You Bring
-Experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor is preferred but not essential -Degree qualified in a relevant area (engineering, law, finance) -An understanding of wind energy and power infrastructure -Ability to find simplicity in the midst of complexity -3+ years of Contract Administration experience in civil and electrical works, with experience working on large EPC projects -Strong health and safety mindset -Knowledge in Construction/Contract Law -Solid contractual experience within the construction industry (civil/infrastructure, renewable energy, oil and gas - EPC/EPCM desirable) within a project environment -Able to collaborate across cultures and fostering a supportive team environment -Primavera or Microsoft Project experience would be beneficial but not mandatory, as would experience with Procore
