

You will provide expert Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) support to the Transition Team during decommissioning, project and demolition activities across the refinery in Grangemouth, until 30 June 2026. This role ensures compliance with UK HS&E legislation, SEPA requirements and company standards. You will act as a subject matter expert, leading Task Risk Assessments and driving safe operations across multiple sites.
Ability to coach, influence and challenge managers, supervisors and contractors
Degree in HSE, Science or Engineering plus NEBOSH Diploma or Chartered IOSH/IEMA (or working towards)
Proven background in an operational or Upper Tier COMAH environment (minimum 5 years)
Strong knowledge of UK HS&E legislation, SEPA standards, and high-hazard risk management
Experience leading Task Risk Assessments and providing technical HS&E guidance
