• Greet visitors and residents
• Answer and return resident calls and email requests
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and promptly
• Sell features and amenities to prospective residents
• Secure lease agreements

Requirements

This opportunity won’t last—apply today! Work days run Monday through Sunday with specific weekday and weekend hours, and a valid Texas driver’s license is required. Our hiring process includes criminal background checks and drug screening.

• At least 6 months of leasing consultant experience
• Good leasing and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 30 WPM and stay organized
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs
• Availability to work 2 weekends per month
• Credit union membership

This is an hourly non-exempt position with monthly new lease and renewal bonuses paid in addition to base pay. As a Leasing Consultant at our 310‑unit luxury high‑rise in Deep Ellum, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications in compliance with fair housing laws.
