We are seeking a Regional Credit Manager to join our Finance team within the Financial, Planning and Analysis practice, reporting to the Director. The role is pivotal in managing credit and collections, engaging directly with clients to resolve payment issues, and maintaining strong relationships to protect the organization’s financial health.
- Visit key clients to discuss overdue payments and resolve disputes.
- Serve as primary contact for escalated credit issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and enforce credit control policies.
- Assess and approve credit terms for new and existing clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable and proactively address risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the credit control team.
- Collaborate with operations to resolve disputes.
- Oversee collection of outstanding invoices to support cash flow.
- Negotiate payment terms, settlements, and repayment plans with clients.
- Prepare reports on aged debt, collection performance, and cash flow forecasts.
- Lead weekly internal cash reporting calls.
- Consolidate and challenge forecast information from regions and countries.
- Support quarterly outlook and annual planning processes.
- Ensure credit control aligns with global standards and regional policies.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives to improve client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Support offshoring initiatives and drive continuous process improvement.
