Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations for major civil and rail infrastructure projects 🛠️
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet schedule, safety, and quality goals 📋✅
• Report progress and challenges to PMs and support preconstruction efforts
• Review drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure compliance and identify potential risks

Requirements

I’m looking for experienced Superintendents to lead large scale rail and infrastructure projects across NYC. Manage one project at a time, overseeing field operations, subcontractors, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or rail construction
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills 🗣️
• Field-based with occasional travel to nearby stations or project sites 🚆
• Proven ability to manage large crews and deliver complex projects successfully

Compensation – (DOE) $130k - $190k + Bonus plan paid progressively throughout projects
