- You are proactively seeking mentorship from your peers in Package Front End Engineering and Package Execution Engineering and collaborate closely with Product Digitalization, Operations and Procurement to bring Harmonization, developments and updates of standards to implementation.
- You will be working within the Compressor Package Development organization to develop and deliver competitive packages for the competitive markets.
- Supporting R&D and other development measures for CPD.

- Peer-recognized for solving complex problems, developing new Standards, and demonstrating high professional judgement in ambiguous circumstances
- Experience with Engineering/PLM software Teamcenter, SAP, NX, E3, COMOS, and/or Jira (will be an added advantage).
- Expert in Compressor Package Engineering which includes Baseplate, Steel Structures, Coupling Guards, process coolers, AVMs, Anti Surge Systems and Knowledge of auxiliary systems (heat exchanger, lube oil unit, gas seal panel etc).
- Proven command of industry standards and codes used for design and specification of equipment packages - notably API (614, 692 & 617), ASME, ASTM, TEMA, IEC and B31.3 / B 31.3 piping design.
- You have a good technical understanding of rotating equipment trains with focus on system/package as well as instrumentation/control
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Package Engineering Roles related to rotating equipment packages.
- We are looking for an Individual who can work in a global organization and is able to deliver on time quality results. This role demands technical knowledge and experience with our compressor packages to engineer and deliver purpose-built products for our traditional and emerging markets.
