Lead generation & outreach: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound campaigns, industry events, and networking.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging and improve customer experience.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Willingness to travel (25%) to customer sites and trade shows.
Industry knowledge: Understanding of construction workflows, especially in surveying, layout, or civil infrastructure.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and explain advanced robotic solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Experience: At least 3 years' sales experience in relevant industries.
