Work with Sales management to define the roles and responsibilities of the new Inside Sales department.
Work with Customer Service, Technical Service and Quotation management to ensure the Inside Sales department provides complimentary services to the Sales organization and avoids duplication of efforts.
Develop work instructions for the various Inside Sales responsibilities.
Work with the Technical Service Manager to develop and implement a product training program for the Customer Service and Quotations departments.
Develop and implement a cross-training plan for the Inside Sales Representatives so they are well versed in Technical Support, Customer Service, Value Add and Quotations.
Assist in Recruit, hire, train and mentor Inside Sales Representatives and candidates for the sales training program.
