Working closely with the Account Manager (PFI/PPP) and other internal key stakeholders, you will ensure that PFI/PPP and other non‑PFI contracts assigned to you comply with FM and Project Agreement requirements and all statutory regulations. You will maximise revenue and profit opportunities through robust deduction management, effective deployment of direct labour, procurement gains and the development of an appropriate lifecycle strategy.
You will manage the delivery of FM services, overseeing performance, health and safety, quality and profitability while ensuring compliance with client standards and contractual agreements. This includes developing site‑specific policies, maintaining positive client relationships, leading staff development, monitoring performance, reporting monthly to clients and account directors, managing risk, budgets and P&L, meeting legislative requirements, and supporting on‑call engineers as needed.
