Implement organizational commercial plan and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Consultants, and Automation Specialists in opportunity pursuits by providing automation systems recommendations focused on customer needs and business objectives.
Support account planning and sales strategy development.
Highlight the Innovation Center's technology, solutions, and services to position the organization as an industry leader.
Analyze competitive solutions, understand competitor strategies, highlight differentiators to customers and internal partners.
Execution of disciplined sales process and utilization of the customer relationship manager (CRM) tool to log and manage customer opportunities, tasks, and customer interactions.
Participate in relevant trade shows and events.
Provide comprehensive customer support by reviewing project specifications, preparing and presenting bills of materials, and developing solution proof of concepts.
Maintain technical competency on the full breadth of solutions and services available from internal and external partners.
Consult with customers to understand and evaluate their existing processes and needs to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
