The Electrical Project Manager role is on the Regional Services Project East team, stationed at the Noblesville Generating Station. You will lead projects that keep the generating station operating safely, efficiently, and sustainably, collaborating with diverse teams and advancing your career in an innovative organization.
Key duties include planning and executing projects using PMI standards, leading cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and Operations, and managing the scope, design, construction, and commissioning of electrical systems. You will also control budgets, review drawings and specifications, track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders while promoting a strong safety culture.
Basic qualifications require either an associate’s degree with two years of related experience or a high school/GED with five years of experience. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management, prior utility or power‑generation project management experience, knowledge of NEC and local codes, and PMP or equivalent PMI certification.
