Manage all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects.
Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements, including EXIM and site-specific regulations.
Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding debtors to ensure timely collections.
Support audits and internal reviews with complete and accurate documentation.
Assist in evaluating and onboarding subcontractors and partners.
Partner with Project Managers in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities
Monitor and optimize project cash flow, including forecasting and planning.
Monitor and control project costs, revenues, and profitability.
Communicate effectively with customer commercial teams to resolve financial and contractual issues.
Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with financial insights and variance analysis.
Support contract setup, claim management, and risk/opportunity evaluation.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of project financials in SAP in compliance to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP.

Chartered Accountant with an experience in commercial project management or project controlling (5-8 Years), preferably in an industrial environment.
Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
