Current or previous work experience as a HVAC Service Technician specializing in troubleshooting and repairing chilled water systems
Working experience with boilers
Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on chilled water systems, commercial HVAC systems, and related controls
Preferred, but not required: Journeyman or Master’s HVAC License
Universal EPA certification
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
