Business (Sales) Development Representative

Description

• Hunt for new business opportunities by identifying prospects and initiating outreach via phone calls and email campaigns.
• Generate and qualify leads in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams, turning appointments into qualified opportunities.
• Use social selling techniques and digital campaigns to source leads.
• Provide consistent prospect feedback and status updates to Account Executives and the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience with a record of exceeding lead targets, or recent graduate with relevant internship sales experience.
• Strong communication skills over phone and email.
• Creative problem‑solving and strong analytical abilities.
• Coachability and ability to implement feedback.
• Goal‑driven mindset.

Benefits

The position is remote with a salary range of $55,000‑$60,000, plus commission eligibility of $24,000 and uncapped earnings. Compensation is based on experience, skill set, qualifications, and location.
