Plan, develop, and lead junior team members, providing mentorship and technical guidance in support of the BAS Manager.
Commission BAS systems, verifying end-to-end functionality and resolving any anomalies.
Test, inspect, and troubleshoot low-voltage power equipment, network communications, peripherals, valves, actuators, relays, and sensors during project commissioning.
Verify the installation and operation of electrical and electronic equipment related to the BAS throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform inspections, tests, adjustments, and evaluations of low-voltage electronic components in accordance with manufacturer specifications and tolerances.
Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to build project execution capacity.
Provide commissioning verification checklists to the Project Manager throughout the commissioning process to ensure smooth project delivery.
Simulate sequences of operations to verify proper system parameters and optimize performance using the necessary software tools.
Integrate building automation software with third-party systems via network connections and protocols.

Extensive knowledge of network wiring standards and protocols.

Strong communication skills.
Proven ability to effectively mentor and train employees.
Certified in multiple Manufacturer Programming Software Tools.
