In this role you will be accountable for taking new products and designs from initial customer requirements through conceptual design, detailed engineering, testing, qualification and final delivery.
You will develop subsea production system technologies that meet customer needs and generate detailed designs and documentation. You will manage project scope, timeline and budget, lead global cross‑functional teams using DFMA principles, and provide technical guidance while mentoring a diverse engineering workforce.
Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent), have proven design engineering experience for subsea production systems, be proficient with 3D CAD (CREO/Pro‑E) and PLM tools, understand GD&T and Design for Manufacture, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and a proactive growth mindset.
