Ability to mobilize, organize and energize cross-functional teams for success in winning and delivering complex projects.
Minimum 18 years of directly applicable experience as a MEPS consulting engineer.
Strong communicator, motivator, and influencer for managing an entrepreneurial initiative that will bridge current capabilities with a forward-looking vision of Dewberry’s future in the Southeast Region.
Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in managing diverse MEPS engineering teams and a lead operational role with P&L responsibilities.
Excellent people skills
Thorough understanding of the Southeast market; strong relationships with decision-makers in public agencies and/or relationships with private entities.
Bachelor of Engineering Degree; advanced engineering degree a plus.
