Oversee staffing, resource allocation, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives for the team.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project or Primavera scheduling experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record managing large-scale, technical, multi-stakeholder infrastructure programs with aggressive schedules.
At least 5 years of direct experience with hyperscale and large load utility infrastructure projects (medium/high voltage and water/wastewater transmission, distribution), interconnection processes, or utility program delivery.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
8–12 years of progressive experience delivering complex utility, energy, or data center infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Power Systems, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, identify constraints early, and drive to resolution.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects across regions.
Ability to lead teams through complex, high-stakes project delivery environments with competing priorities.
3–5 years of people management experience, including building, coaching, and scaling project management teams.
Strong negotiation skills and comfort engaging utilities and contractors at senior levels.
Familiarity with water/wastewater infrastructure, permitting, and municipal utility coordination (preferred).
