The Driller position is based in the Northern Indiana region and requires a self‑starter with high attention to detail. The role involves subsurface exploration using auger, mud rotary, air rotary, and diamond‑bit coring techniques, installing instrumentation such as piezometers and monitoring wells, and working as part of a multi‑person team handling survey, loading, sample classification, equipment maintenance, and paperwork.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of drilling experience, the ability to perform NQ rock coring and mud rotary drilling, and a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (or be able to obtain one within 60 days). Strong time‑management, listening, and communication skills are essential.
