Tasks

-Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for subcontractors by analyzing technical and commercial documentation. -Analyzing quotes and generating technical and economic comparison tables. -Coordinate with other departments to develop the project procurement strategy. -Supplier evaluation and report generation using KPIs and data to optimize processes. -Global search, management and evaluation of suppliers. -Negotiating with suppliers. -Price and trend analysis.

What You Bring

-Experience: At least 7 years of experience managing procurement -Previous experience in the cultural/interior design sector is also advantageous. -Analytical mindset and experience of working with data analysis tools. -Proficiency in the fundamental concepts and practical applications of artificial intelligence. -Availability to travel for periods of 1–2 weeks. -Proficient use of Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP, Jaggaer, Power BI and other procurement tools is advantageous. -Degree in: Architecture, Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, or a similar technical background.
