Minimum (6) seven years' experience in a high-level strategic sales role preferably in trench shoring or construction industry
Travel requirement – 75%
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing client needs.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal teams.
Experience managing high-value accounts and building long-term client relationships
Proficiency in analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing data-driven insights.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth and achieve client objectives.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
A valid driver’s license and insurable DMV record
