  • Direct traffic around construction sites using flagging and signaling techniques.
  • Safely load, unload, and transport signs, cones, and barricades.
  • Complete all required job-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and trailers to and from work sites.
  • Set up and dismantle lane closures and other traffic control equipment.
  • Monitor job site conditions and adjust traffic control strategies as needed.
  • Implement traffic control setups to ensure the safety of the public and team members.
  • Collaborate with customers & coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any potential safety issues.
  • Install and remove ground-mounted traffic signs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

  • Regular exposure to outdoor elements, including varying temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 lbs.
  • Advanced Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in traffic control, flagging, or lane closure operations.
  • Pass background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to perform regular physical tasks, including extended standing, walking on construction sites, and frequently bending, kneeling, and reaching.
