Project Manager-Cased Drilling

Description

The Project Manager II leads delivery of geohazard mitigation and specialty construction projects from initiation through closeout, managing execution, field coordination and financial performance while maintaining strong client and internal relationships. Travel up to 50 % of the time is expected.

• Own projects from award to closeout, overseeing planning, execution, and finances.
• Proactively manage risk, scope, and change to align with client expectations.
• Direct field operations and coordinate resources with operations, engineering, and procurement.
• Serve as primary client liaison, providing updates, resolving issues, and strengthening partnerships.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, contracts, and major material procurement to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Review project financials, forecasts, and progress reports for informed decision‑making.
• Lead project reviews and post‑construction evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Geological Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in construction or geotechnical work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and collaboration skills across departments and with clients.
• PMP certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 %.
• At least 3 years experience with deep foundations, micro‑piles or cased drilling.
