Tasks

-Provide sales support at the Counter as needed greeting customers, entering orders in the system, preparing orders, merchandising and other assigned tasks. -Pick and pack goods, and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner; -Deliver the goods within the required time frame, at the right location, and at the right customer; -Maintain the merchandise displays in an attractive manner; -Pack goods for damage-free shipment; -Place and arrange stock in orderly fashion and re-arrange as required; -Receive and verify shipments and place merchandise in stock; -Deal with route and itinerary changes. -Unload and place the material as per customers' preferences; -Ensures productivity and safety in the warehouse as well as in the yard; -Locate related Customer back-orders and advise Customer of their arrival; -Ensures orders are filled accurately and on time; -Work with the person responsible for deliveries in order to maximize delivery routes; -Keep the warehouse tidy ensuring productivity and safety in the warehouse. -Offload trucks, check for missing and damaged merchandise;

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and meet key deadlines; -Experience in a similar position is an asset; -Hold a valid Class 5 driving license with a minimum of 3-year driving experience; -Be able to handle loads under 30lb. -Highly meticulous in keeping the warehouse tidy, ensuring merchandise is placed in the right location; -Good knowledge of spoken English is required; -Valid forklift certificate is an asset; otherwise training will be provided.
