Ownership of the development and successful execution of a 12-Month Rolling Proposition Roadmap across both Energy and Integrated solutions taking account of margin and discount investment.

Lead work to develop a research strategy incorporating the CX and Marketing teams defining the need for both Qualitative and Quantitive work. Design input into understanding, evaluating & defining the proposition – whether that be primary research, or desk research.
Roadmap - Develop and own the rolling 12-Month Proposition Roadmap, as well as a longer-term roadmap (up to 24 months), including collaboration with commercial and sales teams as well as key stakeholders in Business Support, Sales and Service, Field Ops and wider Centrica network

This will be across both Energy and Solutions. Responsible for delivering differentiated propositions that Bord Gais Energy can credibly 'own'.

Critical focus will be required to grow Smart customer holdings and Product Holdings per Customers.

Collaborate to Win by building relationships, foster a culture of problem-solving, and collaborate widely to deliver winning propositions. Critical to this will be support of the change delivery teams and supporting Go to market plans
Responsible for cross functional excellence with the Commercial Management teams and CVM to support the delivery of the consumer commercial KPI’s, including Unique Customers, Acquisition, Renewals / Retention, Gross Margin.

5+ years commercial or marketing experience required, ideally with proposition development experience in a Service industry.

Pro-active and tenacious in ensuring lateral solutioning and cross functional understand of rationales for doing
Good strategic thinker with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs and translate them into pragmatic workable deliverables.
Ability to think strategically, to devise creative solutions, but also to problem-solve around obstacles to deliver a winning customer proposition.
