- Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Inspects materials for quality issues before, during, and after production.
- Maintains equipment tooling and necessary tools for job completion.
- Completes reports related to production, changeovers, and scrap material.
- Performs advanced setup and calibration of equipment.
- Records and reports any deficiencies in quality to supervisor/quality department.
- Assists maintenance in equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Participates in continuous improvement programs.
- Observes all safety and LOTO rules to operate equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Diagnoses equipment and quality problems while minimizing scrap and delays.
- Leads and promotes health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy.

- Ability to perform work in a plant/manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per posted schedule required.
- Ability to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
- Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push, and pull.
- Requires constant movement and use of limbs, manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Must be able to stand for 10–12 hours.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to operate forklift, crane, and other equipment necessary for job completion.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for several hours.
- Manufacturing or related industrial experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions.
- Ability to read and write English; capable of maintaining production records and logs.
- Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
