Administrative and Reporting Duties: Process customer warranty and insurance claims, manage service orders, and provide detailed root cause analysis reports.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis for complex electrical, mechanical issues and minor Civil issues, implement effective solutions to prevent future problems. This includes but is not limited to Medium Voltage and High Voltage Electrical, SCADA, Instrumentation, Mechanical Racking and Fixed Tilt Systems, Civil, BESS systems, etc.
Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all field activities, working closely with partner technicians and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Contractual Compliance: Coordinate maintenance schedules and activities to ensure all contractual obligations and service level agreements are met.
Safety and Compliance: Secure necessary permits and ensure all field operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of field technicians and repair crews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Hands-On Field Operations and Maintenance: This is a working supervisor role where you will actively perform and oversee field warranty repairs and service requests for renewables, including solar, BESS, and wind systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and within budget.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude in troubleshooting and maintaining complex electrical, mechanical, and renewable energy systems.
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M), with at least 3 years in the renewable energy sector (solar, BESS, or wind). Prior supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to remote project sites as required.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
