Provide specialist advice in designated areas of expertise.
Develop a different level of schedule for the project as well as supporting the business development group during the proposal phase.
Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
Prepare and effectuate overall project planning, for the entire project lifecycle, for EP/EPCM/EPC projects.
Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and generate master schedule baseline for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Support the Project Manager and the team to prepare the Project Schedules and provide up-to-date data to assist with the management of project activities to the highest quality, ethical and in line with Company, Client and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain the various project planning specific procedures, work practices, plans, systems and protocols to enable efficient work and maintain a consistent approach and high standard of work.

Demonstrated ability to achieve consistently high standards within both budgetary and schedule constraints.
A minimum of 8 years experience in project-related scheduling and planning for Mining, Oil & Gas, Heavy industrial, Power or other larges project types.
Ability to work with an internal and external client to create integrated EPC/client schedules.
High attention to detail and exceptional knowledge of Project Planning and Management.
Must be experienced with Primavera P6 to an advance level
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
