This is a high-impact opportunity where your ability to think strategically, influence stakeholders, and connect digital capability to business outcomes will directly shape how we deliver energy solutions for the future.

We’re looking for someone who understands business strategy and can identify where digital plays a role in enabling that strategy. The emphasis isn’t on deep technical expertise, but rather on structured thinking, problem solving, and planning capability.

  • Clear visioning skills – able to define current state, future goals, and the path to get there
  • Big-picture mindset – focused on outcomes, not technical detail
  • Strategic expertise – ideally demonstrated through direct experience in strategy development. However, candidates with adjacent experience in areas such as business transformation, digital transformation, roadmap development, or portfolio planning will also be considered.
  • Strong business & commercial acumen – able to engage across teams and translate strategy into action, and quantify benefits
  • Proven ability to balance multiple streams of contextually different work
  • Structured problem solving – ability to recognise and delineate ambiguous information to clearly articulate distinct digital opportunities
  • Stakeholder influence – skilled at shaping ideas and driving alignment
