Build robust feedback loops, test suites, and performance metrics around LLM outputs.
Help shape engineering best practices and influence how the company grows technically.
Collaborate daily with the founders and other engineers in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
This is a founding-level role, where you'll sit at the heart of that mission - shaping how the product thinks, scales, and learns.
Design, build, and scale LLM-driven workflows that turn raw conversations into structured insights.
You'll help define the engineering culture from the ground up, making key decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and tooling. It's the kind of role where you'll move quickly, experiment constantly, and see the direct impact of your work in days, not months.
As the Principal Full-Stack AI Engineer, you'll work directly with the CTO and play a central role in building out the company's AI-powered systems. Around 75% of the job is real software engineering - designing, optimising, and maintaining production-ready systems - with the remaining 25% focused on applying and evolving LLMs and ML techniques.
Work across a modern stack - TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, Drizzle, gRPC/REST APIs, and an expanding Python-based AI stack.
Strong mathematical and algorithmic grounding
Solid understanding of LLMs and ML workflows (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Anthropic, etc.).
Deep hands-on experience in TypeScript (React/Next.js or similar) and Python.
A founder mindset - maybe you've built your own product or startup before (successful or not). You understand ownership, iteration, and speed.
Experience building scalable systems or platforms from scratch, ideally in SaaS or high-growth startup environments.
Strong software engineering fundamentals - you can read any codebase, make sense of it, and make it better.
If you're a full-stack engineer with a sharp mathematical brain, a genuine passion for AI, and the drive to build something from the ground up - this could be the opportunity to make your mark.
Impact: You'll see your work in production, powering something that's redefining how businesses understand themselves.
