The position requires mastery of skills and extensive subject‑matter knowledge to design, develop, implement, evaluate and modify plant‑specific nuclear‑licensed operations training programs. It involves applying systematic training approaches, integrating regulatory updates, and ensuring training effectiveness across classroom, laboratory, on‑the‑job and simulator environments. The role also supports the Clean Energy Center’s business initiatives, project management, outage activities and emergency preparedness.
